The Face Series: Part 3 / "Facial Features"

Figure 1 – Although very much battered by the Ages, the Face retains facial characteristics when imaged from different camera angles, different sun angles, and under different image processing. Figure 2 – However it is a very lop-sided face that the Face presents. When the two sides of this face are mirrored around the Face's centre line, then the western side looks something like an ape-man and the eastern side looks like a lion. If one day the Face is proven to be artificial then this raises further questions. Are these two creatures actually a man and a lion – or are they something more alien?
